However\, you are responsible for your travel to and from the event\, accommodation and any additional food/drinks you may consume outside of the scheduled functions. Only Designated Delegates\, Speakers\, and Special Guest of Honors attending from outside Canada would be taken care of in terms of their ticket and accommodation and their entire travel expenses.
